Customer satisfaction earns Porsche Centre Kuwait the 2019 Service Excellence Award

Proving that buying a new Porsche is just the beginning of a relationship with their customers, Porsche Centre Kuwait is one of the winners of the Porsche Service Excellence Award (PSEA) for 2019 for the Middle East and Africa. The PSEA is aimed at recognising Porsche centres which excel in After Sales customer service from parts purchasing to Porsche Approved Warranty support and workshop campaigns.

The award is the result of the team’s efforts that were backed by initiatives and promotions throughout the last year, which included an annual service clinic that offered a complimentary 32-point vehicle check and wheel alignment as well as a Porsche Approved Extended Warranty campaign with special privileges.

Further ensuring a convenient customer service, Porsche Centre Kuwait has implemented an electronic vehicle health check system which emails the customer with a detailed condition report, following a thorough inspection at drop off. The information includes images and ranks the importance of jobs through a colour coding system that allows the customer to prioritize the most important projects or select all, by adding them to a shopping cart. A final estimate is shared with the customer and on collection, a detailed vehicle status report is included in the handover.

Porsche Centre Kuwait’s next big customer service innovation will be the opening the new 11,500 square metre centre which will include several service-related features, such as a quick service facility, a high voltage work bay and specialised Porsche-trained EV technicians ready for the arrival of the fully-electric Porsche Taycan.
