Porsche would like to ensure we have the most up-to-date ownership details of our customers and their vehicles. This means in the event of having to communicate any mandatory information to you about your vehicle, we can contact you easily and quickly. If you need to update us about your details, please provide the following:
1. A completed ‘Change of Details Form’, which can be downloaded from this page.
2. A copy of the official V5 document, 1st and 2nd page showing your name and vehicle information.
3. Alternatively, you can provide a purchase invoice (it must show your name and vehicle VIN/CHASSIS and be signed by both parties).
4. Your mobile number and email address you’re using to connect your My Porsche ID.
5. If you are not the owner or the registered keeper. We would need an email authorisation from the vehicle owner to proceed.
